双腕ロボットによる衣服の裏返し作業

概要

This paper describes a method for turning a garment inside out using a dual-armed robot. The objective is to realize a six-step process for turning a garment inside out. Fast, the garment is lifted and lowered to bring the hem and collar closer together, and the hem is lifted and spread to create space for the hands to insert. Next, the hand is inserted inside the garment, the inner fabric is pulled out to turn the garment half inside out, and finally, both hands grasp the hem and lift it up to complete the turning over. This method was realized by a dual-armed robot, and its effectiveness was evaluated through experiments on each step of the process and a series of movements through the entire process using a sleeveless garment.
